What sort of stuff do we want to do?
What goals do we have? Where do we want to take the story and where do we want it to take us?
Krown wanted us to talk about this. Let's hear some ideas. I'm happy as long as I get to have fun, sex, and blood dolls. |

Several ideas come to mind:;
1. Descent into depravity. Show how the character continually descends into pure evil as the curse fully takes hold.
2. Rise to power. This one's fairly obvious, but the methods are not. Many ways to do this; slick political maneuvering, backstabbing, manipulation, etc., etc., etc..
3. Vengeance. A horrible deed is committed to an individual, and all that individual's resources are put to the deed of returning the favor. Can be simple and straightforward, or can be mind-bendingly complex.
4. Conquest! Take out the Camarilla and conquer the city as our own. Do the same with the rest of the country. Through any means necessary.

Lets see.
1. Survive trial for turning Cleo without permission.
2. Settle up with the Witch Hunters that are after me.
3. Attempt to rediscover Victor's humanity. (Could be nice contrast with Z's decent into depravity.)
4. Conquer the city we are in. (I don't care one wit if we attack the Camarilla but I won't knowingly ally with the Sabat. Perhaps we can start our own clan/secret society. That way we can pursue our own goals without having to rely on other psychos or play both ends against the middle.) |

I'm not really up for conquest ic.
I still have my human goals (finish college, try to make the world better, create nice art, and have lots of inspiration-causing sex).
Yes, I know that making the world better is practically impossible given the nature of the World of Darkness but how would I know that ic?
In Kindred terms, I don't really have any long-term goals yet. I'd rather see what comes up. I'd probably start out being nice to people and try to make as many friends as possible to improve my understanding of Kindred society. More viewpoints are always helpful. I would strongly oppose the Sabbat as soon as someone told me what they were all about. I like human society (well, most of it) so they are right off the menu.
Eventually I imagine that my distate for the back-stabbing politics of the Jyhad would grow until I said "fuck the Camarilla" and/or "fuck the Jyhad" then either joined the Anarchs or just hung out with humans as full-time as possible, maybe getting a part share in a club so I could have my choice of blood dolls and good looking people to have sex with. |

I think it is entierly possible to make the world better especially as a kindred. What was Carthage before it was destroied? Didnt they try to live in peace and improve upon society? If we use our power to protect mortals from things they refuse to believe in let alone attempt to prevent then i believe that is something. My Gangrel sought such life in his ancient past ... protecting the mortal village from its enemies along with the others of the order he was apart of. It was because of his strong conviction to protect others that he was embraced. Not till after the war with some clan i have on my PC ... was he fully embraced into the gangrel clan/druidic order. So we can set our campaign to try and protect the mortals from other kindred ... or maybe something else. |

And if we could just find a reliable way to protect mortals (and ourselves) from Werewolves, we'd be laughing.
That was the one thing that annoyed me about the Werewolf on Bloodlines; the fact that even the flamethrower did nothing. What happened to fire being effective against everything?
Anyway, enough of that.
So it would seem we have two votes for defending humans. |

Werewolfs are ..... deadly. I have played werewolf and they can chop a vampire in half before we know whats going on. cool tricks like run along a wall sharpening your claws as you charge along it. then doing a jump that allowed you all together to destroy just about anything .... and they dont tend to care much about people just protecting their territory. |
