Cruix is in his room tending to his wounds from the previous adventure.
"I've got to be more careful ... i am not as agile as i once was" Cruix says to himself as he peels back a particular nasty burn.

Pausing only to glimpse as people pass by his room. Thinking, "I wonder how the others fair if they got as badly torn up as this? They know who to come to if they are injured seriously i guess."

"Since i have some spare time then i think i would rather do alittle more training then. It may be time to try and take my training to another level" Says Cruix when he finishes, he lays down a decorative mat removes his head band and begins to meditate.

As you lose yourself in the currents of the Force, images begin to come to you.
You see a vast ocean rolling beneath you as though you are in flight. After a few moments of souring over the waves, you come to a floating city.
You recognise the city as Ahto City on Manaan; the Selkath capital.

This recognition brings other images to mind. An injured Selkath female pushing her offspring into your arms and begging you to save him.
Stormtroopers and battle droids engaged in fierce battle with human soldiers and Selkath natives.

The battle fades to black but other images appear out of the darkness at an ever-increasing pace.
A Wookiee on fire; howling in agony as it tries to beat out the flames.
The clash of lightsabres.
Muale hurling lightning from her paws.
TIE Fighters screaming across the sky.
More lightsabres.
A woman-shaped black hole.
Fire ripping through a wooden city.
Lightsabres again.
Men and women of various species screaming in pain.
Xan getting hit by shrapnel.
Fire engulfing a planet.
Arrisa screaming.
A laughing Mandalorian.
More lightsabres.
And finally the montage stops.
A Prior looks at you with disdain. “How can you hope to fight what is to come?” he demands, “When you know nothing of power?”
He makes a sweeping motion with his staff and you see the galaxy die. The stars extinguished by an inexorable tide of blood as trillions scream your name...

And then you wake up to find Tomla Habat standing over you. In the Force, you can see signs of peace returning to the garden of her being, but there is still a long way to go.
“Please help me, Cruix” she begs, crouching down before you.

Cruix tries to regain his composure, surprised by not only visions themselves but also the surprise of what awaited him as he returned.

"What can i do for you? Are you injured?" Cruix says in a strained voice

(UTF, Preception check, and a Medical Check) Trying to use the force and my sight to see what is wrong with her.

"No, Cruix, I am not injured" Tomla says, her tone betraying a hint of disappointment that you needed to ask that.
"But I am sick in another way. The Darkness, Cruix. I can feel it in me and I don't like it"
Her voice raises slightly, becoming almost desperate as she grabs your hands.
"I need you to help me get rid of it. I want to atone; to learn to use the Force for healing like you. Please help me"

Through the Force you can see that she is sincere, and telling the truth. The only sickness in her is emotional.

Cruix answers wearily, "Tomla i cannot give you the answers you seek. I too carry my own darkness. I can pass on my knowledge to you and teach you how to use the force to heal, but you must find your own way to deal with the darkness inside you."

Pausing for a moment picking his words carefully Cruix continues,
"I for one choose to walk a thin path between the darkness and the light. A path you may not be able to follow me down, it is a difficult path to walk. It is one i have sought long before i started upon this journey. Should you choose this same path you must learn to harden your self both body, mind and heart."

"I would very much like to learn the healing ways" she says,
"Using the Force to preserve rather than to destroy is the only way I can see for me to think myself safe"

She pauses, looking at you thoughtfully.
"Please tell me, though Cruix. Help me understand. Why do you choose the martyr's path?"
